Dr. Wayne Zeh

Veterinarian

Dr. Wayne C. Zeh began his education at the University of Texas in Austin, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing in 1986. He then went on to Texas A & M University, where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1990 and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree in 1993.

Dr. Zeh opened Country Trails Animal Hospital in 1996 (now Pet Medical Center). He is co-founder and former board president of the After Hours Veterinary Clinic, located in Killeen. Dr. Zeh was a board member of the Harker Heights Chamber of Commerce from 1998-2000 and is a past President of the Harker Heights Kiwanis Club.

Dr. Zeh has a special interest in exotic pet medicine and surgery. He has been treating reptiles, birds, ferrets, and other small mammals since his zoological medicine rotations during his last year of veterinary school, 1992-1993.

Dr. Zeh is married to his beautiful wife Christina and they have three wonderful children: Rachel 1991, Joshua 1996 and Sarah 1996. The Zeh’s have a border collie; Sugar, two dachshunds; Hemi and Millie, and a bassett hound named Daisy. Their daughter Sarah is also the proud owner of a young boa constrictor, Lynnette. The Zeh family is active in their church in Salado and enjoy vacationing at their beach house in Galveston.
