We continue to make adjustments to our COVID-19 protocol as needed. Please make sure you are following the signage information in the parking lot upon your arrival. It is important to read the signs for the most current information regarding our check in procedures. Please note that different services have different check in/check out procedures. Your attention to these small details will make the process smoother for everyone. Thank you!

Zoot is following the state and local orders regarding face coverings. All clients entering the facility will be required to wear a mask and maintain safe social distancing. We continue to keep the safety of our patients, clients, and staff at the forefront of out practice. We appreciate your continued support, patience and flexibility.

Zoot will be implementing Phase 1 of reopening the lobby on Tuesday, June 16th. We have established safety measures to protect clients and staff. These include, but are not limited to, Plexiglas dividers at the front desk, floor markings to promote social distancing, closing the retail center to client traffic, and an additional entrance/exit for boarding pick-ups/drop-offs. We will continue to clean and sanitize the facility throughout the day. Zoot will continue to keep the safety of our patients, clients, and staff as our highest priority.

The facility will be open to the MINIMUM amount of traffic. We are not encouraging a full lobby. We will always work diligently to limit the number of people in public areas. If you do choose to enter the building to accompany your pet to their appointment, please be aware that you will be required to wear a face mask and follow social distancing guidelines. We have clearly marked social distancing guidelines in the facility, and you will be directly escorted to an exam room. If you do no have a mask, you will be required to have your appointment curbside. We will continue to offer curbside service for anyone who would prefer it, but we will be asking a few COVID-19 screening questions if you would like to accompany your pet inside the building.

We ask for everyone's patience and understanding as we try our best to accommodate the needs of our patients as well as protect the safety of all the people involved.

What you can expect when visiting the facility:

Clinic Patients/Surgery Patients

Appointments will be offered "in room" for clients that are comfortable with it and wish to accompany their pets into the facility. WE ARE LIMITED TO ONE PERSON PER PET FAMILY. Please call the front desk staff to notify us of your arrival. A technician will meet you curbside and escort you to a room. You will be required to wear a mask to enter the facility. Once in the room, the technician will gather all appropriate information and then take the patient to the treatment area for the exam. Once the exam has taken place, the doctor will meet you in the exam room to discuss their findings with you. Upon the completion of the exam, the technician will escort you to check out.

Surgical Discharges

A technician will meet you curbside and escort you to the room. The doctor and technician will go over discharge instructions with you. Upon completion of discharge, the technician will escort you to check out.


Please call upon arrival. You will be escorted through the east patio entrance door. Once you are "checked in" you will be escorted to the front desk to take care of scheduling veterinary or grooming services and/or pre-payment if necessary. Boarding pick-up will be curbside service.


Daycare dogs will be curbside pick-up and drop-off. Please text 512-864-9668 to let the suite staff know to meet you. Please follow the signage in the parking lot.

Play and Train

Play and Train dogs will be dropped off in the same manner as daycare. At pick-up, please text 512-864-9668 to let the suite staff know of your arrival. You will be escorted to the lobby for their training update.


Grooming client pick-up and drop-off will remain curbside.
