Hands Free Drop Off Policy

Dear Clients,

As we all navigate through this difficult time with COVID-19, we want to assure you that we are taking the safety and health of your pets, our clients and the entire staff at our clinic very seriously. We have implemented Hands Free Drop Off for all appointments. We are still open for business and glad to see your pets for both wellness and more critical illnesses but take the social distancing recommendations by the CDC seriously. We ask that you follow our procedures so that we can protect the safety of our team, our doctors and other clients.

NEW PROCEDURE: We are enacting Hands Free Drop Off appointments for our medical patients, as well as boarding, grooming, daycare and training clients. All appointments will be curb side pick-up and curbside departure. Payments are encouraged to be taken over the phone.

* We are asking that pet owners have only ONE healthy person bring the pet for their appointment in order to minimize contact. When you arrive, we ask that you call from the car and a staff member will check you in and a technician will retrieve your pet for treatment. We ask that you remain in your car (please be available by phone) and that you maintain a contact distance of 6 feet or more from other clients and staff personnel.

* If you need a prescription refill or pet food, PLEASE CALL AHEAD - we will take payments by phone and bring these items to you. Please call us when you arrive and we will have a staff member bring items to your car.

We are taking these extra precautions to keep our team and our community healthy and safe. We are also closely following the CDC and AVMA recommendations by minimizing interactions, increasing our disinfecting/cleaning of our facility and all high-touch areas in our clinic and closely monitoring our staff for any illness.

As this is un-navigated territory, we ask that you please bear with us during this time. The health of your beloved pets is still our priority and we just want to be sure we can continue to be here for their needs.
